I never received my eTickets in my email, what can I do?
The eTickets are sent out within the first 10 minutes after your order has been completed. Sometime’s these tickets appear in the Junk/Spam mail folder in your email account so please be sure to check there. If you did not get the tickets in your email, you can login to your account on our website and go into your order history. When you view your computer eTicket order, you will be able to print your tickets directly from your computer so you do not have to wait for the email.
